If your furnace has that condensate line that runs uphill to the inducer from the secondary HE, to me it flies in the face of logic. Sometimes a greenhorn like me hits on something out of the ordinary because we dont know any better. Heat PumpsĬan you post a picture of your furnace with the front panels off so we can see the design? I am nowhere near as good as some of the guys on here like Doc, Yuri, Been there, etc. If your furnace goes through the entire ignition sequence, starts up and runs fine, then cuts out, I really suspect a problem in your condensate evacuation system, or loss of draft from the inducer, caused by condensate build up. Please look at the responses on concord furnaces. Other people posting here are having what sounds like the same problem you are having. What you are describing does not sound like a pressure switch or a circuit board to me. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. It is a Concord CG90UB050D12B-1A, I know they're owned by Lennox and share parts with Armstrong and were owned by Allied Air. The issue with the furnace if you're wondering is that it will kick out shortly after start-up (within a minute) and start clicking continually.

Anyway, through I have found out that I need a circuit board and a pressure switch the problem is finding the pressure switch, any HVAC place close to me that can get it in won't sell it to me unless they come and install it and I can't find the pressure switch online. Hi, I'm new to the forum and am just wanting to get information on where to buy parts for a Concord furnace, I know they're bottom end a a POS but that's what the builder put in my house, if I have to call a technician I am just going to replace the damn thing.
